After you are pre-approved, Nikki will discuss your long term goals and current offered mortgage rates. After determining the best possible product to suit your needs, your application is ready to be sent to the lender for a rate hold and approval. Remember, even after the lender issues a pre-approval, for mortgages over 80% loan to value (less than 20% down payment) it will still be subject to Mortgage DEFAULT Insurer approval. After the pre-approval and rate hold is in place, the fun begins. Now is the time to start searching for your new property!
