About Nikki Harrison
Nikki Harrison has been a mortgage specialist for seven years in Calgary, Alberta. She has an exceptional relationship with several lenders that allow her to get pre-approvals, and approvals done faster than ever.
She is also a licensed mortgage expert in the Province of BC, assisting Albertan's with their purchases of second homes, recreational properties, and island cottages. She has also developed a presence in Kelowna, BC due to her relationships with several realtors and lawyers there who trust her experience and expertise.

Appraiser Services
If you are purchasing your home, and the lender requires your new home to be appraised as part of the lender conditions, Nikki has a very close relationship with one of Calgary's most respected and established appraisers. She will be happy to facilitate this for you.
Home Inspections
Every client looking at purchasing a home should get it inspected for possible deficiencies. Nikki works with several home inspection companies that offer unbiased, expert advice to give you the confidence you need to follow through with your purchase, or to abandon it. Nikki will assist you with this part of your purchase as well.
Nikki's Awards & Service
Nikki achieved this elite status by offering alternative mortgage products to her client base. This was an extremely exciting time in Canadian lending, before the down fall of the economy.
Nikki served as the Director of Communications on the Board for two years. In that time she over saw and produced AMBA Matters - a quarterly magazine offered to the membership of AMBA.
Nikki currently lives in Calgary with her husband Brad. They have four grown children, Kassandra, Ashton, Cheyenne and Austin. Her hobby's consist of digital photography and web design. She enjoys spending time her close firends, many of whom started out as clients.
